We are heirs to the promise of Christ Jesus! This morning I began to hum this little song I sang when I was in the
sunday school choir called I Am A Promise. I am 26 now and work with special needs children. So often we
forget that even when we are all out of hope there is still faith! We don't always see the results that we want
when we want to see them manifest but we can hold out for the possibility of the promise. Faith is a very big part
of my life and it spills over into the schools and wherever I am because God is there too. Your website had the

I always enjoy when I take a few minutes to read about a hymn and am encouraged in a faith walk, so I do thank
you. Tonight I had a real surprise when I seemed to not be so rushed so clicked onto children's hymns and found
your three grandsons. I love their pet names, and they remind me so much of our two grandsons ages 7 and 4.
Unfortunately, tho brought up in church, they are not being brought up in the fear and admonition of the Lord, and
the 4 yr old has been almost un-civilized (improved somewhat now), result of spoiling. My mild suggestions are
unheeded. So maybe your little ones would pray for Nicholas and Sam occasionally. Our little granddaughter
Maddie, age 5, has a mother who is teaching her and Daddy is being led along too! We had three sons, so these

year at my church and also agreed to arrange for the song time during the end of each session. Being the
organist everyone assumed I was the right person for the job, but unfortunately I really can’t remember any of
the children’s hymns from so long ago! Class is tonight and I was beginning to feel it was hopeless, we would
just learn the regular mass hymns – till I did a search for children’s hymns and your site came up! Not only the
words, but music! And after listening – now I remember them! I just had to thank you for this fantastic resource. I
am bringing my computer to the class so we can play the music and have the words there as well – kind of a
Christian version of karaoke!

Thank you so much for the children's hymns. This site helped me greatly for a school project I've been working
on, in which I had to plan two 3rd grade religion classes with exposure to the English language as a theme. I
ended up selecting "This Little Light of Mine", "God is so Good" (which I remember singing at age 10 in Children's
Choir for church), and "He's got the Whole World" because the lines are repetitive, and the teacher doesn't
always have to give a new explanation for what each line means (The kids here begin to study English in 3rd
grade). I love it that you have included the Midi files so that those who are unfamiliar with the melodies can hear
them. My theoretical 3rd graders would probably feel a great deal of satisfaction after learning how to sing songs

sunday school choir called I Am A Promise. I am 26 now and work with special needs children. So often we
forget that even when we are all out of hope there is still faith! We don't always see the results that we want

I always enjoy when I take a few minutes to read about a hymn and am encouraged in a faith walk, so I do thank
you. Tonight I had a real surprise when I seemed to not be so rushed so clicked onto children's hymns and found
your three grandsons. I love their pet names, and they remind me so much of our two grandsons ages 7 and 4.
Unfortunately, tho brought up in church, they are not being brought up in the fear and admonition of the Lord, and
the 4 yr old has been almost un-civilized (improved somewhat now), result of spoiling. My mild suggestions are
unheeded. So maybe your little ones would pray for Nicholas and Sam occasionally. Our little granddaughter
Maddie, age 5, has a mother who is teaching her and Daddy is being led along too! We had three sons, so these

organist everyone assumed I was the right person for the job, but unfortunately I really can’t remember any of

Thank you so much for the children's hymns. This site helped me greatly for a school project I've been working
on, in which I had to plan two 3rd grade religion classes with exposure to the English language as a theme. I
ended up selecting "This Little Light of Mine", "God is so Good" (which I remember singing at age 10 in Children's
Choir for church), and "He's got the Whole World" because the lines are repetitive, and the teacher doesn't
always have to give a new explanation for what each line means (The kids here begin to study English in 3rd
grade). I love it that you have included the Midi files so that those who are unfamiliar with the melodies can hear
them. My theoretical 3rd graders would probably feel a great deal of satisfaction after learning how to sing songs
in English. Thank you and God bless.
